Great Date Night Spots in Las Vegas

It’s the common date night question. “Where do you want to eat?” Usually followed up with the traditional, “I don’t know.” Or my personal favorite. “You pick!” So I compiled a list of our top ten favorite date night spots, shows, and things to do!

Giadas Italian Restaurant - The Cromwell

This is our go to special occasion spot! It is located on the second floor of the Cromwell Hotel and overlooks the Las Vegas strip. The cuisine is Italian, but to be honest I usually always choose a seafood entree. It is hard to find good seafood in the valley and Giada gets it right every time. You want to make sure to get a reservation the place is always packed. Also, many entrees are small so I would recommend coursing out your dinner and ordering a couple appetizers to share!

Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab

We spend every anniversary of ours HERE. It is our absolute favorite. Joe’s is known for their seafood but personally I take this opportunity to always order a steak. Their surf and turf is a personal favorite of mine. I have never had a bad meal here and the service is incredible! In addition to a fantastic menu their wine list is to die for. (More on my wine expertise later haha). They specialize in their bottle selection and cabernet collection. I highly recommend having the sommelier put together a pairing for you and I promise you will never be disappointed!!

Absinthe - Ceasar’s Palace

Absinthe is without a doubt one of the best shows in Las Vegas. It is at Caesars Palace. However, instead of being in a traditional theater it is outside in a tent. At first I was nervous about this but it actually provided a truly intimate experience with the performers. The show is also far from traditional. Its full of sexy performers and adult humor. Each act is different and will either leave you laughing or in awe! I highly recommend this show to any adult!

Marche Bacchus French Bistro & Wine Shop

I wanted to include some places off the strip that are just as amazing! I LOVE Marche Bacchus. I have been going here with my mom for as long as I can remember. What makes this place different is that it is also a wine shop. When you walk in you can buy a bottle of wine from their collection and drink it with your lunch or dinner. The restaurant is in the Desert Shores community and overlooks part of the lake they have there! On the patio are cute little tables just off of the water. It’s perfect for lunch in nice weather and romantic at night for a nice dinner.

It is the best place in town to go for octopus. (If you’re in to that sort of thing). You also can never go wrong with their short rib or seafood scallops!

Red Rock Lanes- Red Rock Casino

Bowling is always a blast and it’s a lot of fun to do with other couples as well! We live in Summerlin, so naturally we gravitate towards Red Rock as our go to spot. They have over 100 lanes and even have cosmic bowling on Saturday’s! For the last two years we have even joined a league there and it’s a ton of fun. There is a bar and a food stand inside so you can basically do your entire date night in one spot! This is one of our go to ideas!

The Martini- Summerlin Las Vegas

Not to be confused with the BLUE martini. The Martini is a non-smoking gaming bar located in the heart of Summerlin by Boca Park. I came across the Martini about five years ago when I lived a mile up the road. Since then it has been my go to gaming bar. Yes, it has gaming! I love going out and getting a couple of cocktails and trying my luck on the machines. I always seem to do well here and the staff has become some of my dear friends. One of the main things I love is that it is non-smoking. This is quite uncommon in Vegas and it truly does change things for gamers like me. If you don’t like gaming they still have a great food menu and restaurant seating next to cozy fireplaces. A killer happy hour is in action everyday and there is something for everybody!!

The SkyFall Lounge- Delano Hotel

This is the ideal date night spot. There are panoramic views of the city and and outdoor viewing patio to get cocktails and bottle service. It is a nightlife spot so a dress code is required. It is super romantic and perfect for an anniversary or birthday. Skyfall Lounge is located on the top floor of the Delano Hotel. The patio is open year round and offers heat lamps during the colder months. The cocktail list is amazing but I always choose my favorite, champagne, when we go here!

Hugo’s Cellar- Four Queens Hotel

This is an old school Vegas spot that it totally worth the drive downtown to! It’s romantic and a bit pricey but is perfect for a nice dinner. It’s on the bottom floor of the Four Queens Hotel and upon entering each lady gets a rose. The waiter even wears a tuxedo for the occasion! My favorite part is their salad bar. It is wheeled in front of you and you get to pick out fresh toppings to go on your salad. I’m not kidding. It’s an epic take on old school dining and the food is fantastic!
